That’s life. If nothing else, its life. It’s real, and sometimes it fuckin’ hurts, but it’s sort of all we have.
I like to see people reunited, I like to see people run to each other, I like the kissing and the crying, I like the impatience, the stories that the mouth can’t tell fast enough, the ears that aren’t big enough, the eyes that can’t take in all of the change, I like the hugging, the bringing together, the end of missing someone.
The children most broken by the world are the adults most likely to change it.
So I haven’t posted for the past few days. Things have been hectic and crazy as usual…not sure why I’ve been neglecting the Internet though.
Some updates:
-I just went to see Frank Warren (creator of PostSecret) speak tonight and the event was so intense. People shared VERY personal secrets.
-We got critiqued in my drawing class on Tuesday and I’m finally getting good feedback. Small victory in my life.
-I’m becoming addicted to food blogs.
-I hooked up with someone younger than I am for the first time in my life. Weird, I know.
-I GOT A JOB FOR NEXT YEAR!!!
